Eric N. Otto

Obituary Condolences

Eric N. Otto, 44, of Lehighton, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 24, in his home. He was the husband of Crystal J. (Haas) Otto. They were married for 22 years.
He was a self-employed truck driver.
Born in Palmerton, he was a son of Robert P. and Barbara A. Otto and the late Bonita L. (Whiteman) Otto.
A 1986 graduate of Lehighton Area High School, upon graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Army as a diesel mechanic and received an honorable discharge.
He deeply cherished time spent with his family, friends and pets.
Surviving in addition to his loving widow, father and stepmother are a daughter Ashley; a son Austin; three brothers, Timothy Haas, Douglas Haas and Phillip Otto; his grandmother, Marion Whiteman; and aunts, uncles and nieces.
He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Hubert; and paternal grandparents, Martin and Mary Otto.
Service: Memorial service 11 a.m. Saturday, March 30, Schaeffer Funeral Home, Third and Alum streets, Lehighton, with the Rev. Douglas Evans officiating.
