Harold W. "Herbie" Frohnheiser, 67, of Walnutport, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, Nov. 21, in his home.

He was the husband of Shirley (Meyer) Frohnheiser. They were married for 47 years on Nov. 20.
He was a welder for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 30 years until retiring in 1995. He later worked part-time for the Walnutport Service Center and Napa Auto Parts.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandsons, fishing, hunting, bowling and taking trips to the casino.Surviving in addition to his widow are two daughters, Melanie of Slatington and Cathy of Taylors, S.C.; two sons, Harold Jr. of Walnutport and Michael of Danielsville; two grandsons, Seth Frohnheiser and Brody Ritter; three sisters, Ellen, wife of Richard Fink, Sylvia, wife of Gerald Gruber, and Dolores Rex; two brothers, Roger, and his wife, Deborah, and Randy, and his wife, Sharon; his faithful four-legged companion, Toby; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
- He was a son of the late Leroy and Eurana (Rehrig) Frohnheiser.
He was also predeceased by a sister Paulette; and two brothers, Edward and Robert.
