Jason Hahn Obituary
Jason "Jay" Michael Hahn, 22, of Andreas, was found dead Saturday, June 21, in Blythe Township, Schuylkill County.
He grew up in Tamaqua, a son of Harry Hahn Sr. and Sharon Melefsky of Tamaqua.
He was a graduate of Tamaqua Area High School.
Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister, Regina Hahn, and a brother, Harry Hahn Jr., both of Tamaqua; grandmothers, Regina Hahn of Tamaqua and Nancy Melefsky of Frackville; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was also preceded in death by grandfathers, William Hahn Sr. and Charles Melefsky.
Jay was a kind and loving man. He loved pets and was a true "hippie" at heart. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Service: Funeral service 3 p.m. Friday, June 27, Lamar Christ Funeral Home, Hometown. Interment, Zion Cemetery, Tamaqua. Contributions may be made to a fund in his name at Wells Fargo Bank, 17 W. Broad St., Tamaqua, Pa. 18252.
