Larry C. Miller
Larry C. Miller, 71, of Lower Smith Gap Road, Kunkletown, Lower Towamensing Township, died Sunday morning, Jan. 5, in the Blue Mountain Health System's Palmerton Campus. He was the husband of Linda L. (Nicholas) Miller since June 17, 1967.
He worked for the former David Jones Construction Company, Palmerton, before retiring in 2004, and previously was a self-employed construction contractor and worked for various contractors in the area.
Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Clair F. and LaRue E. (George) Miller.
He was of the Lutheran faith.
Miller was an Army veteran of the Vietnam war Era, having served in the pacific Theatre of Operations. He attained the rank of Specialist 5.
He was a member of the Palmerton V.F.W. Post.
He enjoyed hunting, motorcycling and snowmobiling.
Surviving in addition to his widow is a daughter, Tammy L. of Glen Allen, Va.
Service: Funeral service at convenience of family. Arrangements by Campton Funeral Home, 525 Delaware Ave., Palmerton.
