Robert A. Hershberger
Robert A. Hershberger, 91, of Jim Thorpe, died Saturday, Oct. 26, in his home.
He was a fireman for Railtours for 10 years before retiring in 2004.
He served our country in the Army during World War II.
Hershberger was a member of the Reading Fire Company and Fire Police and the Boy Scouts, and was an assistant scoutmaster for Troop 636.
He enjoyed work with the Reading and Northern Railroad and also helped with security at Railtours.
He was a life member of the Fireman's Association of Pennsylvania.
Service: Interment will be held at a later date at the Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, 137 Fairview St., Lehighton.
