Marlin Frohnheiser
Marlin "Dutch" Frohnheiser, of Lehighton, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014, in his home. He was the husband of Florence (McLean) Frohnheiser. The couple was married 25 years this past June 2013.
He was a mechanic working for many auto shops in the area and was also self-employed.
Born in Palmerton Feb. 17, 1947, he was a son to the late Clayton and Lillian (Goodhile) Frohnheiser.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are daughters Marcy Hunsicker of Jim Thorpe, and Kaitlin Frohnheiser of Lehighton; stepdaughter Kelly Gaston, and her husband Wayne, of Lehighton; a son, John Frohnheiser of Lehighton; brothers Charles in Platzburg, N.Y., Barry, and his wife Darlene, in Jim Thorpe, and Clayton, and his wife Brenda of Palmerton; three grandchildren, Vanessa Hyska, Sierra Hunsicker, and Logan Hunsicker; two stepgrandchildren, Emma Gaston and Aniyah Aceveedo; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Services: will be held Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 11 a.m. in the David J. Stianche Funeral Home, 123 Center St., Jim Thorpe. Interment will be in Dinkey Memorial Cemetery Ashfield. Call from 10 a.m. until the time of the services.
