Obituary Condolences

Mrs. Irene Vano Sell, 85, of Brown Street, Tamaqua, died Tuesday, April 9, in Bethlehem. She was the widow of William Sell, who died in 1995.
Prior to retiring, she worked in the garment industry in the Panther Valley.
Born in Pottsville, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Emma (Moser) Thomas.
She was a member of the ILGWU.
Surviving are a daughter Carol, wife of Eugene Boyle of Tamaqua; a grandson, Gene Boyle Jr. of Tamaqua, and his fiancee, Tara; a great-grandson, Connor Boyle; and two brothers, Ronald Dalvos, and his wife, Angie, in New Jersey, and John Thomas in Florida.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Louis Thomas and Robert Dalvos; and a sister, Arlene Wilder.
