Mrs. Mildred E. Moyer
Mrs. Mildred E. Moyer, 90, formerly of Forest Inn, passed into eternal rest on Saturday, Nov. 30, in the Hometown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hometown. She was the widow of Robert E. Moyer Jr.
She was a housewife/homemaker.
Born in Parryville, she was a daughter of the late Percy and Martha Luella (Ahner) Campbell.
She attended services at Bethany Evangelical Congregational Church, Lehighton.
Surviving are a son, Robert K. "Butch," and his wife, Linda, of Lehighton; two daughters, Dawn Young in South Carolina and Susan wife of Kerry Bowman in South Dakota; a sister Betty, wife of Bud Smith in Delaware; a daughter-in-law, Shirley Hamm of Orefield; seven grandchildren, Deborah Long, Erik Bowman, Jason Bowman, Frederick Young III, Jessica Ahner, Heather Moyer and Tara Moyer; nine great-grandchildren, Chad Long, Trey Long, Dylan Long, Michael Bowman, Jovie Bowman, Amelia Ahner, Lila Ahner, Connor DiLissio and Wynne DiLissio; two great-great-grand-children, Jesse Long and Ellie Long; and nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Barry C. Hamm; a sister, Senora Fisher; and two brothers, Percy and Gordon.
Service: Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, Andrew P. Ovsak Funeral Home, Fourth and Iron streets, Lehighton, with the Rev. Douglas D. Evans officiating. Interment, Lehighton Cemetery.
