BARNHILL, Glen E. age 68 of Liberty Township passed away at his residence on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 7:15 PM. He was born in Walden, Kentucky on March 10, 1945 the son of Earl and Nana Lee (Bryant) Barnhill. Glen was employed as a draftsman at Hamilton Tool for 22 years and at Black Clawson for 7 years, retiring in 2007. He attended Winton Road First Church of God, where he was a choir member and usher. On July 9, 1966 in Hamilton, he married Sherry A. Murphy, and she preceded him in death in 2002. He is survived by three children, Glen "Rick" (Marilyn) Barnhill of Seven Mile, Jennifer (David) Lowe of Riverview, Florida, and Michele (Rodney) Ritzie of Fairfield; two brothers, Paul (Sue) Barnhill of Florida and Don Barnhill of Hillsboro; a sister, Betty Allen of Florida; and two grandchildren, Jessica Barnhill and Garrison Barnhill. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Howard Elliott of Winton Road First Church of God officiating. Burial will follow in Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. What a dear sweet Brother in the Lord. Glen and Sherry weree made for each other. They are finally together again on the streets of Glory! Praise the Lord. We will miss him. You are in our prayers.
