HUNTER, Serena S. (Kesling)*  
News Death Notice HUNTER (Kesling), Serena S. Age 40, of Germantown, OH, passed away unexpectedly at home, Saturday, May 2, 2015. She was born in Dayton, OH, on June 28, 1974, the daughter of Michael and Lorraine (Noble) Kesling. Serena was a devoted nurse; for more than 20 years nursing was her passion and her life. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Lloyd Noble; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Gerry Hunter. In addition to her parents, Serena is survived by her loving husband of 21 years, John "Darren ~ J.D." Hunter; children, Austin & Jordan Hunter; her step-daughter, Lindsey Webb; her maternal grandmother, Faye Noble; her step-grandchildren, Izabella & Brianna; her sister, Melinda (Will) Tobias; her brother Joe (Kim) Kesling; numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. (2 hours prior to the Service), Thursday, May 7th, at the Dalton Funeral Home, Corner of State Route 4 & Weaver Rd., Germantown, where the Funeral Service will follow at 8 p.m., with Dr. Dan Flory officiating.

HART, Jewel Marie (Kimbro)* - Oxford  
News Death Notice HART (Kimbro), Jewel Marie 1922 - 2015 Jewel (Judy) Hart, surrounded by her family, went to be with her Lord on 04/28/2015 at the age of 92 years. Jewel was born at home in Dickson County, Tennessee to Dorsey and Ella Mae (Lofton) Kimbro on August 1, 1922. She lived her childhood in Dickson, Tennessee. During her incredible and rewarding life, she had wonderful experiences through work and her many charitable activities. However, her love and dedication to her family was unsurpassed. Her commitment, dedication and involvement within her church (United Methodist) was always very special to her. Serving as president of the United Methodist Women for many years is just one example of her commitment to her church and its mission. During World War II, she joined the Army Civil Service Corp and built airplanes in Mobile, AL for the Army Air Force. After the war, Jewel moved to Cleveland, OH where she met and married her husband Robert A. Hart on November 1, 1946. Their mutual love for travel carried them throughout 49 of the 50 United States. In addition to their many driving excursions throughout the country, they traveled around the world visiting over 7 countries, Guam and the Hawaiian Islands. Jewel was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother to all of her family. She always put everyone else first throughout her life. She also consistently displayed her love for the Lord Jesus Christ. Her love and kindness will be forever remembered! Jewel is survived by her husband of 68 1/2 years, Robert A. Hart, her son, James Paul Hart (Vicki) of Ohio and her daughter Pamela Yvonne Snider (Steve) of Arkansas; five grandchildren, Michael Hart (Megan), Rebecca Hart Cash (Matthew), Blake Snider, Lisa Snider and Matthew Snider. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Lottie Fussell and her two brothers, Dorsey Kimbro Jr. and Harvel Kimbro plus her grandson, Burke Alan Henderson. The Funeral Service was held May 1, 2015 at the Oxford United Methodist Church at 14 N. Poplar, Oxford OH 45056. Following the service, a graveside service was held in Dickson, TN on May 2, 2015. The family requests that memorials be made to the Oxford United Methodist Church or OMA "Open Minds Through Art" for people with Dementia c/o Miami University Scripps Gerontology Center.

News Death Notice HALE, Kenneth Age 83 of Camden, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 2:32 PM. He was born in Hamilton on April 18, 1932 the son of Elbert and Almetta (McDaniel) Hale. Kenneth was a veteran of Korea with the United States Air Force. He is survived by by his wife, Linda Hale of Camden; children, Dana (Debbie) Hale of Columbia, South Carolina, Kendra (Greg) Goodwien of West Palm Beach, Florida, Kevin Hale of Hamilton, Michael Hale of Leesburg, Florida, Beth (Noel) Escobar of Stewart, Florida, Robert Gregory of Camden, Kathy (Bruce) Mardis of Eaton, and the late William Gregory; two siblings, Elbert Hale Jr of Richmond, Indiana and Bernice Willis of Camden; sister-in-law, Sharon Mooney of Eaton; eighteen loving grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. At the request of Kenneth there will be no services held at this time. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.

News Death Notice HAMPTON, Brandon Darrell Age 66, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at his home in Cincinnati. He was born in Middletown, OH on December 6, 1948 to the parents Frank and Nadine Hampton. He is survived by 3 daughters, Audrey Hampton, Felicia Hampton and Andrea (Anthony) Anderson; 2 brothers, Brian and Bruce (Donna) Hampton; 2 sisters, Sharon Hampton and Deborah McDade; uncle Wilbur Bill Gates and 3 grandchildren. A repast will be held Thursday 3pm at Second Baptist Church, 116 S. Verity Pkwy for family followed by a gathering from 5-6pm at Hall, Jordan and Pretty Memorial Chapel, 918 S. Main, Middletown. Memorial service will begin at 6:00pm at the funeral home. Scattering in Woodside Cemetery.
