NOBLET, Margaret Edna Aug., 23, 1920 - April 11, 2014 It is with sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret Edna (Draut) Noblet on April 11, 2014. She was 93 years old. Born in Middletown, OH on August 23, 1920, Margaret spent 10 years of her youth in Chester, England where she attended the Queen's School while her father, Bernard Draut, was working to establish mills for Armco Steel throughout Europe. Returning to Middletown in 1939, Margaret began secretarial work for Armco when she met her husband, Samuel A. Noblet (deceased in 1993). Margaret and Sam are remembered for their active work in the Church of the Ascension Vestry and Garden Committee. In addition, Margaret was an avid supporter of the Middletown Arts Center where she enjoyed copper enameling as well as being an active amateur radio operator (WB8CLG) and teacher. She will be remembered by family and friends for her kind heart and generous spirit. Margaret is survived by her daughter Paula Roberts-Kidd, son Brad Noblet, her grandchildren, Adam, David, Nathan, Laura and great granddaughter, Ayla. A memorial service will be held for Margaret on Saturday, August 9th, at the Church of the Ascension. Donations may be made to PAWS Adoption Center and the Church of the Ascension.
