News Death Notice
WILLIAMSON, Jack O. age 88, of Middletown, passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Garden Manor Retirement Village. He was born May 10, 1925 in Middletown, OH to Joshua and Bertha (Hoppe) Williamson. He served our country during WWII in the US Navy with a honorable discharge. He was a turncoat line operator for Armco Steel for 42 years, retiring in 1987. Jack was a member of Middletown Sportsman Club, Middletown Moose, Middletown Eagles and member of Amateur Trap Shooting Association. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty L. Williamson; grandchildren, Christy S. Williamson, Jack O. Williamson, III; sisters, Emma Dubois, Phyllis McMullen and Doris Berry . Jack is survived by his children, Jack (Patricia) Williamson Jr. of LeMoore, CA, Michael (Charlene) Williamson of Kettering, David (Jeanie) Williamson of Liberty Township; Kathy (Lee) Moses of Dallas, TX, Lisa Davis of Hamilton, Susan (Jeff) Howard of Middletown; 18 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; special son-in-law, Tod Davis and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be held Friday, August 16, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Woodside Cemetery with Pastor Matt Johnson officiating.
