Sarah Vesey

1988 - 2017

VESEY, Sarah Renee Age 29, of Kettering, passed away on June 7, 2017. Sarah graduated from Beavercreek High School in 2006, and earned her Associates Degree in interior design at Sinclair. She served as an Ambassador for Children's Medical Center. She was co-creator of Discheadz, an at home hobby turned into a small business for which she was very proud. She also worked at the Cheesecake Factory at the Greene. Sarah was a lover of The Grateful Dead and all music. More importantly, she was a lover of the people that it brought together. Sarah felt the music in her soul. Never a dull moment and her sense of humor could make anyone laugh. She was known for her contagious smile. There is definitely a place for her beautiful soul in heaven and we are comforted to know that she is protecting us still from above. She is preceded in death by her father, Les Vesey, grandfathers, George Lynch and John Soltis. She is survived by the loves of her life, Corey Laravie and their beautiful son, Warren, her mother, Kim Vesey, brother, Patrick Vesey, grandmothers, Lucille (Rocco) Lynch and Jane Soltis, grandfather, Ralph (Joyce) Vesey. Also survived by Aunt Tammy and UncleTim Rowland and their four boys Aaron, Myles, Morgan, and Logan; Aunt Terri and Uncle Joal Baldwin as well as Aunt Kim Sheldon and her children Ryan (Andrea) Stevens and Stephanie (Drew) Jones. She is also survived by Corey's parents, Mark and Elise Laravie, and his brothers and sisters, Matt and Jaclyn Laravie, Josh and Sylvia Laravie and their children Carter and Lily. Sarah is also survived by her countless and amazing friends that she considered to be family. She will always be a source of love and light for us all. A visitation will be held 4-8:00pm on Tuesday June 13, 2007 at Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 Stroop Rd, Kettering. Mass of Christian Burial at 10am Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at St Helen Parish, 5086 Burkhardt Rd, Riverside, OH, with an hour visitation prior to the Mass. Burial at Calvary Cemetery will be at a future date. Our sincerest thanks to the ICU staff at Soin Medical Center for the exceptional and loving care they gave to Sarah.
