My granddaughter was deeply affected by the passing of Ms. Sitzenstock. She was a student in Ms. Sitzenstock's science class at Beverly school and felt she was one of the best teachers being compassionate, caring and understanding. My sympathy extends to her family and all who knew her. Thank you for being a part of Sarah's life.

Heidi became a dear friend when we worked together at Children's Discovery Center. We enjoyed cheering for OSU together, many wild nights on the town, and a couple trips to her family's island in Canada. Even though we lost touch when I moved to Michigan, we could pick right up when we did touch base. She was much more than a friend, she was like a sister. She was a remarkable person that spoke her mind, loved making a difference in the lives of the children she taught, and lived life the way she wanted. I know she will not be easily forgotten by those who knew her. Rest in peace my sweet friend. Strength and prayers to Peanut and her family as they continue life's journey without her.

Heidi was a great friend ! My twin sister, Betsy and I got to know her well when we attended Maumee Presbyterian Church when we were confirmed at 13 years of age. My best memories were with Heidi at church youth overnight events.
I especially remember an overnight at her house in a tent in her back yard. We had great fun singing and dancing to Billy Joel music.
Heidi also went to McAuley High School with Betsy and I. She was truly a great friend with a great sense of humor. I lost touch with her when I went to college and moved away, but still thought of her often. She truly will be missed.
