Louann - You must be very proud of your very special daughter Holly. She touched so many people with her spirit and love for life of all kinds big and small. She couldn't have had a better mom who so understood her and treasured her and loved and cared for her so very much. We will all miss what a wonderful person she was but she has left her mark on all of us that knew her and this world will be a better place because of her and the memories she left with us.

Still adjusting to the Holly-sized hole in our lives, but the essence of who she was and what she taught us will live on. Pretty sure she's smiling down on us, knowing how very much she is loved.

I met your beautiful daughter through my sister, Laurie. She did have such a kind heart, very warm smile and such a love for life. My children met her when she brought 2 cockateils, Petal and Tory to us back in 1991ish. Now 7 birds later.... I will have a piece of Holly with me for a long time! I have a great memory of Holly showing up at my door in Columbus, OH when I had recently started at OSU. It was such a nice surprise at a time when I knew so few people. So thoughtful!!

Holly and I attended Lake High School together. I remember vividly her beautiful smile, and joyful laughter. We used to giggle and conduct sing alongs during study hall period. Sometimes, we even studied. Holly was one of the warmest, nicest people in our entire class. I was touched to read of her love for all animals, but not surprised. For she was a special girl with a heart of gold. My thoughts and prayers go out to her entire family, and to all who knew and loved her.
