Albert M. Hawk, 90, passed away in his home on July 27, 2013. He was born on September 26, 1922, in Rimmersburg, Pennsylvania, to Ethel and William Hawk.

Albert served his country honorably during World War II in various European theatres. He was a former member of VFW #606. He was a longtime member of the Northwest Ohio Model A Club. He was the owner/ operator of Mac and Al's garage for over 50 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Helen; children, Randy (Vonnie) Hawk, Roger Hawk, Ray Hawk, Rhonda (Richard) Brown, Rachelle (Todd) Benner; 13 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to visit on Wednesday from 2:00 -8:00 p.m. in the Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Ave., where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Rev.
