Peter Lance Stalker, 56, of Toledo, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 5, 2014, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. He was born December 11, 1957, to Don and Anna Stalker. Pete was a 1975 graduate of Whitmer High School and joined the U.S. Air Force, before receiving an Honorable discharge. He

was never unemployed; he worked several years at General Mills, as well as Owens Illinois, performing highly technical positions throughout his career. He was an avid sports fan, including Ohio State and also the

Oakland Raiders (even though they rarely won). No matter what the season, Pete always had a fire burning and any football game on one of his several televisions in his man cave.

Pete is survived by his long time love, Gretchen Fleck; children, Nicholle (Steve) Zoltaszek, Mark Stalker, Melvin, Annette and Justin Fleck; grandchildren, Mackenzie Rose, SJ, Tommy and Brianna; siblings, Tom (Kathy) Stalker, Steve (Karen) Stalker, Mike (Debbie) Stalker, Rich (Lee) Stalker, Robin Lloyd, Dave (Cossette) Stalker, and Donna Armstrong, along with many nieces and nephews and countless friends.

Services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014, at 12 p.m. at Trilby United Methodist Church 5918 Secor Rd. Toledo, Ohio with dinner to follow. Memorial to celebrate his life will be at a later date. Many thanks to the staff at the Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
