Regina Ann (Tucker)
Regina Ann (Tucker) Kynard, 53, of Toledo, Ohio was born December 9, 1959, to the union of Melvin L. Tucker and Eunice T. (Foster) Tucker. She died at Flower Hospital, Sunday, April 21, 2013, from a brief illness. She is preceded in death by her father Melvin L. Tucker Sr. and brothers David Tucker, and Andre R. Tucker.
Glenn G. Kynard Sr. and Regina A. Kynard were united in Holy Matrimony on March 10, 1979. To this union three children were born, Glenn G. Kynard Jr., Karmen M. Kynard, Frank J. Kynard II, and step-daughter Glenda R. Kynard.
Regina was raised in Toledo, OH where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Nursing. She also was ordained as a minister and her faith was nurtured in Christ, at Cornerstone Church of Toledo, Ohio.
Regina was a fun-loving woman with a big heart and a great sense of humor. She loved and enjoyed life and her family, and was known as a great provider and loving mother. She was also a hard worker, one you could depend upon. She worked at the University of Michigan
as a RN in the PICU for over 30 years. While there she volunteered her time and took medical mission trips to places like Guatemala. She also served in the Army
Reserves as a Lieutenant and spent some of her time in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. She was a world traveler and preferred to spend her time at sea on a cruise ship than on land.
No matter what the circumstances Regina always spoke her mind. To know her was to love her. Her honesty was incomparable and she was also known as peacekeeper.

Tucker Jr. of Cincinnati, OH, Marvin J. Tucker of Santa Monica, CA, Jule Williams, of Toledo, OH, and Jesston (Lynyse) Williams of San Diego, CA, Kyle A. Tucker of Los Angeles, CA; sisters, Anita L. Tucker of Perrysburg, OH, and Anissa L. (Nathaniel) Floure of Toledo, OH; grandchildren, Rashaad Carter of Milwaukee, WI and Glenn G. Kynard III of Canton, MI; stepgrandchildren, Passion Kynard, Marvon Garrett, and Ph'Nique Cunningham of Toledo, OH and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
