Robert M. Sentle, 80, passed away Monday March 25, 2013, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. He was born January 7, 1933, to John and Jennie Sentle in Oberlin, Ohio. Bob honorably served his country in the Army during the Korean War. He was an active member of St. Paul United Methodist Church where he served on the Foundation board. He worked at Jeep Corp. in payroll distribution for 39 years before his retirement. He loved to watch sports on TV, play baseball, racquetball and play cards with his family.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Sally Ann Sentle; children, John (Susan) Sentle, Cindy Covington, Mark Sentle; grandchildren, Tiffany Covington, Nicholas, Addison and Harper Sentle; sisters, Martha Van Beers of Cleveland Heights, OH, Alice Miller of Mesa, AZ, Jackie Creek of West Unity, OH, Wilma Sentle of Toledo; brother, Leslie (Marilyn) Sentle of Fayette, OH; sister in-law, Jeannie (Bill Hoffman) Nahm; brothers-in-law, Thomas (Carolyn) and David (Beth) Witt and special friend Von (Marilyn) Smith of Berea, OH. He was preceded in death by siblings, Richard Sentle, Bernita Pier, Doris Rudnicki, Geneva Shirra, Wilbur Sentle, Florence Holland, Lawrence Sentle and Mary Gayer.

Services will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday April 6, 2013, at St. Paul United Methodist Church 1201 Madison Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43624 where friends are invited to visit after 2:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
