Willie C. “Chucky” III
Willie C. Riley III “Chucky”, was born March 25, 1984, to Willie C. Riley Jr. and Cecilia James at Riverside Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. Chucky departed his life on February 14, 2017, at University of Toledo Medical Center surrounded by his loving family at the age of 32. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Willie Sr. and Bertha Riley; his father, Willie C. Riley Jr. and Uncle Curtis James. Chucky attended Libbey High School. He was a family first type of man, a go getter and protector, who enjoyed playing cards, eating, and watching lifetime. He loved cracking jokes and staying fly with his appearance.
He is survived by two children, JaySean M. Riley and Katera M. Riley; grandparents, Albert Sr. and Geraldine James; his loving mother, Cecilia James; sisters, Clarice B. James and Caprice R. (Marvin) White; brothers, Michael D. Parcher and Miguel D. Parcher; step-siblings, Mashonda Wallace and Todd “Bo” McNeal Jr. and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Chucky was the type of person that if he loved you he made sure you knew it.
Funeral services to be held at House of Day Tuesday, February 21, 2017, wake at 3:00 pm followed by funeral at 4:00 pm.

Son It’s mama girl I love you son If only you knew what was going on in the world today maybe you doing you are not missing anything but I will say I miss you so much and no matter what is going on here I wish she was here covid-19 is bad taking a lot of lives it’s so sad but here I go being selfish again I still want you here I miss you there isn’t a day go by that I don’t think about you I talks are watching lifetime movies being silly with the family you calling me every day I miss that Mama loves you her angel and I miss you so much your mama Cecelia

Chuckie and I went to Jr. High and High School together, he was one funny dude, keep everyone laughing and if he saw you down he would ask what's wrong and give a hug followed up by a joke just to make you laugh. He will always be remembered as one of the coolest guys ever meet.
