Becky, I'm so sorry for your loss. You must be very proud to be his daughter. Reading of him I can surely see that his life here on Earth meant so much to so many people. May you find comfort knowing that he lives in the souls of all he touched and may he forever remain in your heart.

To the Bohland Family:
My sincere condolences upon your loss.
I can truthfully say, that Mr. Bohland and I butted heads from time to time which I feel now, was good for both of us! I saw that both John McHugh and Pauline Tolly posted their condolences as well.
Back in the day, those of us who attended the Bedford schools were SO proud of our teachers and administrators. In fact, they rivaled ANY Toledo area schools at that time.
Yes, our teachers were strict, but, that was the whole point. We were there to get a good education and, almost to a teacher, including Mr. Bohland, they asked the best of us and got it due to strong discipline and a strong teaching ethic.
Thank you, Mr. Bohland (and Mr. McHugh and Mrs. Tolly) for helping to shape my life and the lives of so many others!
With Sympathy,
Evelyn Powers,

Please accept my sincerest sympathy for the loss of your father and brother. He was truly an awesome influence to many students at Bedford Public Schools. I was not only privileged to have him as a high school business teacher, but I also worked with him as his secretary when he was Bedford's business manager. He was extremely intelligent, wise and kind. His integrity was unquestionable. He is a very special man.
