I am very sorry for your loss, Bonnie always spoke highly of Jimmy and the Schueler's. I knew Jim from our time on Harsen's Island with the Ross's and enjoyed them. Again I am sorry to hear this and send our deepest sympathy.

Katie and all my beloved Schuelers,
My heart is beyond broken for all of you and selfishly myself. Let's remember the touch football, Chase in the dark and Jimmy always letting me go whe he caught me, Frisbee battles , crazy badmitton games where Jimmy used that bird as a weapon and shooting beehives out of the trees..comic book reading on hot days he always gave me Archie first...God be with you..you are in my prayers

My thoughts and prayers are with the Schueler family on the passing of Jim. I knew Jim in the 60's through Delta Upsilon fraternity. He was an active, positive leader who encouraged others. You can be comforted that he lived a full life and left a legacy of caring for others and his family.

Marcie and I are deeply saddened to learn of Jim's passing. We have wonderful memories of our trips together with he and Katie in the earlier years of both of our careers. A gentle, fun loving guy, who always was upbeat and positive...no matter what. We will remember him for his boyish smile and his genuine friendliness....a real person to all who knew him. In a world full a boastful people yelling ,"look at me, look at me", Jim carried himself with a quite supreme confidence; never boastful and more interested in you than himself. As a D. I am terribly sorry to hear about the tragic loss of who I always referred to as Mr. Schueler.
He was such an unbelievable charismatic individual who cared about everyone, and always wanted to make sure that everyone was having a good time. I can remember many sleepovers at the house, and always laughing on our night trips over to Friendly's for ice cream
