AGARD Margaret Margaret Agard, age 75, a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother and a selfless noble caregiver, passed away unexpectedly at Flower Hospital on the 4th of July, 2011. Although tragic, her passing allows her to be reunited with her husband where they will be together for all eternity. Margaret was born in Toledo, Ohio and went to Whitmer High School. After graduating she was employed by Toledo Trust, Society Bank and Key Bank. Although Margaret was an extremely hard worker she was not defined by her career - her priorities and commitment was always to her family, friends, neighbors and anyone that needed help or a kind hand - she lived to take care of others and gave everything she had to insure that all the people in here life were taken care of. Margaret was married on May 3rd, 1958 to Ronald Agard (the love of her life) together they were blessed with one daughter and two sons. Margaret always supported her children and encouraged them to do the best they could no matter what endeavor each was involved in. She especially enjoyed attending sporting activities and never missed a game or event that her children were participating in. Margaret dedicated the last ten years of her life in direct care of loved ones and family members. Her relentless attitude and love directly contributed to the improvement and overall quality of life of her husband during his prolonged and very difficult battle with Alzheimer's disease. Margaret was always ready, willing and able for any adventure and really enjoyed the time she had with all her friends, the day trips, the neighborhood walks, the casino trips, the occasional breakfast and luncheons were all very special to her. Margaret had a spirit and enthusiasm that will be missed and cannot be replaced. Although Margaret will no longer be with us the lessons she taught by caring for others and the generosity she displayed on a daily basis is something that will live forever with those that knew Margaret. She will be loved and missed forever. Margaret is survived by her loving children, daughter, Cathy Deen; sons, Douglas Agard, Steven (Ann) Agard; her stepfather, Edgar Lemle; brother, Jerry Simmons; She was very proud of all her grandchildren and will be forever missed by Elizabeth (Kristen), Aaron, Ryan, Tyler, Abby and great grandchild, Adrian.
