Steven Schuster Obituary

SCHUSTER Steve A. Steven "Steve" A. Schuster, 56, of Millbury, Ohio died Thursday evening, January 29, 2009, in St. Charles-Mercy Hospital, Oregon, Ohio. Steve was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 31, 1952, to Richard D. and Norma M. (Smith) Schuster. He married Mindy E. (Scott) in Toledo on December 12, 1985, and she survives. Steve was currently a merchandising supervisor for Ace Hardware Corp., a position he has held for the past 11 years of the 34 years he has spent with the company. He was a 1970 graduate of Genoa High School and within a few years he started working in the Perrysburg, Ohio warehouse of Ace Hardware Corp. Steve was a positive and laid back person who enjoyed having fun with friends and family. He liked to grill out and listen to all types of music. He traveled a lot but found time for his memberships at the Eagles and Moose Lodges of Fremont, Ohio. Survivors include his wife, Mindy; son, Scott Dauer of Delta, OH; mother, Norma Schuster of Genoa, OH and brother, Mike Schuster, also of Genoa. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard "Spin" Schuster. Steve will be missed by his beloved Cocker Spaniel companions, Lady, Buddy, and Lucy. A funeral service for Steve will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2009, in the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home, 501 West St., Genoa, OH. Friends and relatives are invited to a visitation to be held from 2-8 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2009, with family present from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Interment will be at a later date in the Lake Township Cemetery, Millbury, OH.
