I first met Penny when I was assigned as Marty's Tutor in 1968. Penny considered Marty as a gift from God. I remember her smile and positive attitude. My family and I are so enriched for having met Penny.

Dear Ramer Family, Penny was an angel here on earth and now she's been freed to fly in heaven. I always admired her strength and calmness. She is one of the nicest people I have met. Be happy for her, she's at rest and reunited with her loved ones.
