Virginia "Ginny" Cedoz, age 85, of Toledo died April 21, 2013, in her home. She was the daughter of Arthur and Alta Cousino Duvall, a graduate of Clay High School and married Gerald Cedoz who preceded her in death in 2012. Also preceding her were her parents, and brothers, Glenn, Donald, Richard, and Ronald Duvall. Ginny worked for the former Lion Stores in the notion and yard goods department until retirement. She was a long-time active member of Little Flower Parish where she served as a Girl Scout leader, member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society and past president of the Altar Rosary Society, the St. Francis Guild and the Maumee Elks Ladies Auxiliary. Ginny was very involved and took special interest in her children's many activities.
Surviving are her children, Judy (Bob) Wilson, Linda (Joe) Kozlowski, Jeanne (Tom) Coy, David (Charlie) Cedoz, Debbie (Tom) Slavin, Patti (John) Blust and Bill (Lauren) Cedoz; sisters-in-law, Ruth Duvall, Anne Duvall, Donna Cedoz and Jeannette Cedoz; also twenty grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday, April 24, 2013, from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. in the Thomas I. Wisniewski Funeral Home, 2426 N. Reynolds Rd. (between Central and Bancroft) with recitation of the rosary at 6:00 p.m. Celebration of the Funeral Mass will be Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. in Little Flower Church where family and friends will be received at 9:30 a.m. Interment Highland Memory Gardens Waterville Ohio.
