Mrs. Sommerville was an active member of The Toledo Chapter of The Links, Inc., Coterie, and a Life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Through those organizations, she was quite active in community outreach and services. She especially enjoyed traveling and vacations with friends and family. She was always ready to play golf with her husband and friends. Though she was far from a scratch golfer, she always wanted to compete.
