Robert C.

Robert C. Schneider of Toledo died unexpectedly Saturday, March 22, 2014, in The Toledo Hospital at the age of 63. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Wilbur and Grace Schneider. Bob was a graduate of DeVeaux Grade School, DeVilbiss High School and the University of Toledo. His working career began at Bischoff's Food Center and A&P grocery store. Bob spent most of his professional career in sales. He prided himself on providing the kind of help that was a "win-win" for everyone.

Bob was a very active person. He enjoyed playing golf, volleyball, gardening and cooking. He was a passionate fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Boston Celtics. Bob had a love for animals, especially his beloved cats.

Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his brother, Richard J. (Debra) Schneider; sister, Susan K. Schneider; niece, Lindsey (Mike) Wenzke and special friend, Sheri Reuther.

Visitation will be held at the Foth-Dorfmeyer Mortuary, 3815 Sylvania Ave. (at Woodley Rd.) on Thursday, from 3-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Friday, at 11 a.m. Interment Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.

The family wishes to thank the Trauma Team and E.R. Staff at The Toledo Hospital.
