Keith L. Bell, 61, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family April 28, 2014. Keith was born October 27, 1952, in Toledo, OH to Ervin and Theotry Bell. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph and Farley Bell. Keith was a graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School in 1970. He continued his education at the University of Toledo for 3 1/2 years and in 1999, began a career, counseling men with substance abuse and mental health issues. He not only loved the Lord, but also had a passion for helping people from all walks of life. He devoted his time and efforts to inspire those in need of second chances. In 2011, due to failing health, he retired from Compass.

Keith was a huge fan of the Oakland Raiders and New York Yankees. He was never happier or more at peace then watching a good sports event.

Keith is survived by his loving wife, Suzanne Bell; son, Jaremyah Bell; brother, Richard Bell, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday 3 - 8 p.m. Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Chapel, with funeral services Friday 10 a.m. Westgate Chapel, Pastor Larry Carey, interment Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. The family would like to thank Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their assistance in the final days of his life.
