Thomas "Lil Tom" A.

Thomas "Lil Tom" A. Przybysz, 30, was tragically and unnecessarily taken from us on Friday, May 23, 2014. He was born on August 30, 1983, in Sylvania, OH to Marcia (Helminski) and Dale Sr., Przybysz. Tom was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, where he attended elementary school and later attended Woodward High School. Tom was a conscientious worker for Mobis North America, a supplier for Chrysler. He was a dearly loved son, brother, father and friend. He enjoyed fishing with his beloved brother, Mark. Everyone knew he was a die-hard fan of Michigan football. However, more than all of those things that made him endeared to everyone, was his complete devotion and love to his treasured daughter, Natalie Ann Przybysz, his true pride and joy; she truly was and is his everything. It is all of these things that all can say he will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those who will carry on are his parents; daughter, Natalie Ann; siblings, Dale II, Christi (Jeff) Kidd and Mark; cherished friend, Sarah White-Foster; grandmother, Marilyn Helminski; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, and his dear 4 legged "kids", Sophie and Lacy. Upon entering Heaven he was greeted by his dear grandparents, Ronald Helminski, Frank and Patricia Przybysz, and aunt, Sandra Phillips.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, from 2-8 p.m. at David R. Jasin-Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH 43611 and on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, from 12-1 p.m. at. St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 5153 N. Summit St., Toledo, OH 43611 where a Funeral Mass will follow at 1 p.m. with Father Anthony Borgia officiating. Interment is private. An account has been established on behalf of Tom's daughter, Natalie Ann Przybysz, at 5/3 Bank. Words of encouragement, fond memories, or photos may be placed for the family to receive at

No words will ever express the depth of our sorrow and loss but knowing the prayers and support for our family from our beloved community means more to us than words can say. Tom has surely touched us all.
