Marlon Howard "Bud"

Marlon "Bud" Jividen, 52, of Toledo, passed away on Monday, June 30, 2014, in his home, with his wife and best friend at his side. He was born September 4, 1961, to Donald and Dorothy Jividen of Oak Harbor, Ohio. A graduate of Oak Harbor High School, Bud grew up with his 3 brothers and 4 sisters on Belman Road in Oak Harbor. After high school, he spent many years developing his gift of musical talent by singing and playing drums in several rock bands. Bud will be remembered for his love of God, love of music, sense of humor, his kind, generous heart and the many friends whom he considered family.

Bud joins his beloved parents; grandparents, and beautiful sister, Star, who have lighted the path before him. He leaves behind his loving wife, Kay Marie; daughter, Madeline "Maddie" Jividen; siblings, Mike (Jan), Sandy Von-Glahn, Sheryl Kleinhans, Mark (Linda), Matthew (Michelle), Shawn (David) Hartley; his life long best friend, Ed DiMasso (Nancy, Maya and Tori), and family and friends too numerous to name.

The family would like to thank Dr. Duggan and the doctors and nurses at UTMC and Hospice of Northwest Ohio for the exceptional care Bud received.

Friends are invited to visit today, Wednesday July 2, 2014, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ansberg-West Funeral Home, 3000 Sylvania Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43613 where services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014. Interment in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Planned Pethood or the .
