Michelle Poe (Turtle), formerly Fuller and Knicely, grew wings and sang her way into Heaven on Thursday, August 7, 2014, at the age of 45. She was born in Parkview Hospital in Toledo, Ohio to parents Joseph C. and Mary J (Dally) Poe. Michelle was self-employed, working online and loved having her own website, Cloudmebaby! Previously she worked at temporary Toledo Sanitation in the office, AVI Vending as Operation Manager, Calphalon, Noron Heating and Air in the office, and Continental Security in the office.
The mother of three, she loved spending time with her granddaughter, Averie, singing (Fanfare Rocks), fishing, her morning coffee and her puppies Beo and Bela. Michelle fought a long battle with lung cancer for three and a half years. Her motto was "Fight Like A Girl!"
Michelle was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wade and Drucilla Dally and Paul and Dorothy Poe Sr., all of Toledo, and loving uncles, Albert Dally of Oklahoma and Paul Poe Jr. of Toledo. She is survived by daughter, Melissa (Bryan) Dick of Toledo; sons, Joseph R. Fuller of Perrysburg, and William D. Chappell of Toledo; granddaughter, Averie J. Dick, and her parents. Also surviving are her sister, Janet (Brian) Bastien of Monroe, MI; aunts; uncles; nephew; cousins, and loving companion, Chris Callahan, who took awesome care of her!
Visitation will take place at Urbanski Funeral Home, 5055 Secor Road (419) 475-5055 on Sunday, August 10, 2014, from 2 until 8 p.m. Funeral Services will begin in the funeral home on Monday, August 11, 2014, at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Jerry Craig officiating. Online condolences may be left at
