Richard Dale Mesnard

MESNARD Richard Dale Richard served in the U.S. Navy from 1945 to 1948 as an Aerographer's Mate Airman. He worked for 30 years as a paper handler for the Toledo Blade, retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Whitehouse American Legion Post #384 and Toledo Newspaper and Printing Graphics Union #27. He married Wanda (Taylor) August 5, 1949 in Waterville, OH. She survives along with children, Scott (Cheryl) of Onsted, MI, Gary of Whitehouse, OH, Leslie (Lee) of Moody, TX, and Colleen (Mark) Dotson of Waterville, OH; 6 grandchildren, and sister, Betty Huffman of Camp Verde, AZ. He was preceded in death by 1 grandson. A Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, July 12, 2008 at 11:00 a.m., at Peinert Funeral Home, Whitehouse, OH. Rev. Del Bonar will officiate.
