Brother Norment was a role model for all undergrad Omegas on the University of Toledo campus. He was a strict disciplinarian but fair. A Mighty Rho Psi brother, he truly showed us how to be Men of Omega. We will miss his spirit and extend our condolences to his family as he enters Omega Chapter..

Mr. Norment was at Libbey during my last 2 years at Libbey [1967/68]. He was a wonderful human being whose example of dignity and responsibility will remain with me. Even after more than 40 years, I still remember his kindness to me in many ways, big and small. I believe in my heart that Mr. Norment contributed to my success in life; and for that I know that God will richly reward him. I am very sorry for your family's great loss. You are in my prayers.

Heartfelt Sympathy to the family.
I was one of the students at Picket Elementary when Mr. Norment was there.
Then to Libbey when he was there as well. He was such a just man. All the students loved him.
