Raymond A. EISER Sr.

EISER Raymond A. Sr. Raymond A. Eiser, Sr., 64, went to be with the Lord Thursday, October 27, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Toledo, Ohio February 3, 1947 to Raymond H. and Alberta (Hoskins) Eiser. Ray worked for 25 years as a plumber for Lucas County and retired in 2011. He was a United States Army Veteran; Ray also belonged to Lighthouse Baptist Church where he was the Superintendant of Sunday School, Church bus driver, and did the necessary maintenance in the church. He loved to hunt, fish and golf and was a diehard OSU fan. Raymond is survived by his wife of 43 years, Nancy (Johnson) Eiser; children, Christine Conrad, Cynthia Spurlock, Chellie McNeal and Raymond Eiser, Jr.; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; along with his brother, Robert Eiser. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Michael D. Epperson Jr., and brother, Glen Ferris. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 2-8 p.m. at David R. Jasin - Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St., (419-726-1583). Funeral Services will begin on Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Gary L. Wegener officiating.
