His father was a minister and Howard followed in his footsteps, receiving his Doctorate of Divinity. After ministry he joined the company, Mutual of Omaha and became an insurance executive. After 25 years with that company he founded Personal Dynamics in Toledo, Ohio in the 1960's. In this endeavor he found his true niche as a corporate and individual training consultant. A tireless encourager, he was often referred to as the nicest person you would ever want to meet. Howard retired to Florida in 1996 and met and married Dolores Stephens. They had sixteen wonderful years together. They loved their homes as much as they loved to travel. In the latter years she became his steadfast caretaker and survives him. The family would like to thank the dedicated doctors and nurses at the Florida South Ginsburg Tower 5th floor ICU for their care of Howard and their unparalleled compassion for him and his family. Everyone is heartbroken. Brothers, Harold and Leland Nease; son, Michael, and great-grandchild, Nevaeh predecease him. Howard's surviving siblings are brother, James Nease; wife, Theresa; sister, Lola Cornelison and husband Bill. His surviving children include sons, Rick, Greg and wife Melinda, Randy, Jeff and wife Denise, and daughter Debbie and her husband William Cook.
