Joseph T. Sr. 12/16/1954-8/31/2012
Joe Perretti, 57, passed away August 31, 2012, at ProMedica Ebeid Hospice. He was born in Toledo, Ohio to Dominick and Dolores (Posner) Perretti on December 16, 1954. Joe started his own business, Perretti Auto Detailing 20 years ago. Over the years it became more than just a business, he created friendships that will last a lifetime. He has always been a loving son, wonderful brother, and an amazing father. With his generous heart and his loving soul he will be truly missed by many.
He is survived by his loving mother, Dolores (Posner) Perretti; his beautiful children, Joey Jr. and Jessica Perretti; which were his pride and joy and the mother of his children, Stacey Kuron-Perretti. Also surviving are his sisters, Becky (Bruce) Garcia, Sandi Miller; uncle Bob and aunt Judy and uncle Ozzie Perretti; many nieces and nephews who adored him. He was preceded in death by his father, Dominick Perretti; brothers, Richard Raczkowski and Randy Perretti; nieces, Marena and Marissa Perretti.
Friends are invited to visit from 2:00-9:00 p.m. Tuesday, in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 West Sylvania Avenue (west of Corey), where a prayer and sharing of memories will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday. Prayers will begin at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday from the funeral home followed by the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church. Interment will follow in Toledo Memorial Park. Donations in Joe's memory may be made to ProMedica Hospice (Ebeid Hospice) or the Perretti children.

Jess and Joey,
My heart aches for you both as I can relate all to well the pain you are feeling. Your Dad was a great guy who loved you both so much. He was and will always be proud of you. You were the light in his world. I am honored to be your "honorary sister". I will miss him soooo much. I keep waiting for him to pull up in front of my house and peep the horn until I come out. When I would come out all he did was say come on Doo Doo let's go for a ride....to the dog! I miss his texts whether it be a simple "xoxo" or some crazy thing I couldn't understand. I hope we stay close always and I will always be here for you. xoxo!
Joe....I still can't believe it! I can't believe you are gone. Thank you for loving my Dad, me, Katie and Doo. I can only imagine the stories you boys are sharing. Don't forget that hug, kiss, and all I asked you to tell my Dad. I am so honored to have been your "step-daughter" as you called me. Rest well and enjoy the beaches of heaven. Run into the sunset with my Dad, Gordon and Mickey! No more Super Bowl Sundays without your boys! Doo-Doo will miss you and all those treats! My love to you all always and forever. Joe you will live in my heart forever!

To the entire Perretti Family...
Joey was a special friend. Our friendship began in 1969 and although there were gaps in the time we would talk and/or see each other, when we did talk and/or see each other it always seemed as though it was just yesterday.
I remember Joey teaching me how to drive a stick shift. It was hilarious. He said, "ya better move over and let me show you how to handle this beast before you burn it all to #%&*.
He always kept my cars looking good and when I would ask him what I owed him, he would say, "get outta here after you take care of my staff."
Joey was truly an amazing friend and he will truly be missed and I am ever so thankful for the everlasting memories throughout the years.
God bless you Joey, you were one heck of a pal and while I am lost without your voice, I am thankful you are not in pain anymore.
God bless the family he left behind, but know he is in Heaven above watching over each and every one of you.
