Janet M. (Pawlicki)

Janet M. Konwinski, age 81, of Toledo passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012, in her home. She was born March 21, 1931, in Holland, Ohio to Alfred and Dorothy (Stirn) Pawlicki. A graduate of Holland High School, she went to work at Lamson's Department Stores, then worked 22 years for the former A & P Stores as an accounts payable clerk, finishing her career at LaSalle's in the same capacity. She enjoyed playing cards and slot machines, latch hook and cross stitching, shopping, and going to garage sales. She also enjoyed polka dancing and was a Marv Herzog Blue Jacket. She was an avid University of Michigan, Detroit Lion and NASCAR fan.

Surviving is her husband of 60 years, Robert; children, Michael R. (Mary-Ellen Toth) Konwinski and Peggy A. (Terry Slaughterbeck) Krueger; brother, Jerry E. (Gloria) Paulaicki; grandchild, Tiffany M. Krueger, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday and Monday from 2:00-8:00 p.m. in the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey) where funeral services will begin Tuesday at 10:15 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joan Of Arc Church. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Condolences may be sent to the family at
