Franklin Bash Obituary

BASH

Franklin Leroy 7/5/1933 - 5/1/2013

Devoted father and grandfather, passed away peacefully with family at his side. Born in Galion, OH and attended Ayersville High, then moved to Toledo after graduating. While working at Woolworth's, he met wife, Dorie (Fahrer), and married after serving in the Army during the Korean War. After a career as a supply manager for the Dept. of the Army, he retired to Colorado to be with family. He loved fishing and traveling, including visits "up the hill" to the local casinos.

He leaves behind daughter, Sherry (Wyatt), her husband Bruce and 2 grandchildren, Chelsea and Ryan.

Funeral service will be June 28 at St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Golden, CO and internment at Ft. Logan Cemetery in Denver.

Sorry to here of Franks passing. I worked for the Army Reserves and would come to his office to get supplies. We would visit the Islander Bar on occasion. I lost track of Frank when he moved to be with. I remember his as a guy who liked to have fun. I am sure you will miss him
