Margaret L. Covey-Wagner-Swartz, age 88, of Adrian, died Sunday, November 3, 2013, at Lenawee Medical Care Facility. She was born December 31, 1924, in Adrian to Delbert and Maude (Scudder) Brown. She was married to Edward T. Covey, and he preceded her in death. She later married George Wagner, and then Loren Swartz, who both preceded her in death. Margaret was a member of St. Mary of Good Counsel Parish, the Order of the Eastern Star, and the Red Hats Society. She was a former Nationwide Insurance Agent.

Margaret is survived by her children, Penelope "Penny" (Leon) Bolin of Madison, Florida, Ted (Kathy) Covey of Sand Creek, John (Cindy) Wagner of Blufton, Ohio, and Maggie Wagner of Whitehouse, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, and daughter-in-law, Debbie Wagner of Pandora, OH. She was

preceded in death by her

parents; three husbands, and a brother, Thomas Brown.

The Funeral Liturgy for Margaret will be held on

Friday, November 8, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Geoff Rose as celebrant. Cremation will follow the service. Interment of ashes will take place at a later date in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park in Adrian. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, where a Vigil Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Friday from 9-9:45 a.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, where a Family Prayer Service will be held at 9:45 a.m., followed by the funeral liturgy at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at
