David E. Sr.
David E. Pencheff Sr., 70, of Toledo, OH passed away Monday, November 28, 2016, at the Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania. He was born June 18, 1946, in Toledo, to parents Nedelko and Dorothy
(Anderson) Pencheff.
David was employed as a Mechanic with Hydro-Matic for more than 33 years, before retiring. He was proud to have served with the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. David enjoyed being outside. He was an avid golfer, fisherman, and camper.
David enjoyed sports, especially the Detroit Lions and Tigers, and was a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.
He is survived by his son, David (Brenda) Pencheff Jr.; daughter, Angela (Kirk) Leopard; grandchildren, Alysabeth and Elizabeth Powers, James Pencheff and Baylie, Brody and Hayley Pencheff; and sister, Barbara DePew. David was preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert Pencheff; and brother, James Pencheff.
Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St., Sylvania, OH Friday, December 2, from 11 a.m. until the Funeral Ceremony begins at 1 p.m. David will be entombed with Military Honors at Toledo Memorial Park.
David's family would like to thank the staff of the Ebeid Hospice Residence for their loving care and support
during this difficult time.
Those wishing to offer memorials are asked to consider, in lieu of flowers, the American Cancer Society or the ProMedica Ebeid Hospice Residence.
David was loved by all, and had a heart of gold; he will be missed! GO BUCKS !

David had a 1955 Chevy convertible in 1962 and he asked me, ""would you like to drive it''? We used to hang out on Ashland Avenue between Woodruff and Irving Streets,because there were some neighborhood girls there that we knew, Kathy,Pat and Sue.Everyone piled in David's car and I got behind the wheel and drove around the neighborhood. I never thanked him, so, thank you David. You are a kind hearted gentle soul. Good memories.

so sad to hear of daves passing. we spent many years working together at powertrain and golfing. i just thought about hin just the other day. may he rest in peace. my prayers go with him and his family
