WALLINGFORD - Karen Marie Casillo Arico, 56, of Wallingford, died at her home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, Aug. 12, 2013. She was the beloved wife of Michael Arico.

She was born in Stamford, March 8, 1957, a daughter of Aniello and Theresa Moscola Casillo of Wallingford. Karen worked in the health care field as an account manager until her illness.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her three loving children, Nicole Bevilacqua and her husband, Robert, Juliet Giannetta and Kenneth Giannetta; her grandchildren, Selena Bevilacqua, Roman Bevilacqua and Olivia Abely; her siblings and their spouses, Neil and Aimee' Casillo, James and Linda Casillo, Theresa and John Adams, and Joseph and Joanna Casillo; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Donald and Kenneth Casillo.
Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 N. Main St. Ext., Wallingford, on Thursday, Aug. 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 a.m. directly at Most Holy Trinity Church, 84 N. Colony St., Wallingford. Interment will be private in St. John Cemetery.
