Alice M. (Kane) McGee

Alice M. McGee HAMILTON SQUARE - Alice M. McGee (nee Kane), 83, of Hamilton Square passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Hamilton, NJ, after a long illness. Born in Trenton, Mrs. McGee was a lifelong area resident and member of St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church. She worked in retail and retired in 2002. She was a devoted and loving wife who enjoyed spending time with her family. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members. Predeceased by her parents, John and Anna (Lieber) Kane; her loving husband of 57 years, Joseph M. McGee; her son, Patrick McGee; and her brother, John Kane; she is survived by her sons, Michael and his wife Mary Jane, Terrance, and Shawn; her sister, Jean Napoli and her husband Louis; her sisters-in-law, Anna Mae Kane, Mary McGee and Margaret McGee; her grandchildren, Terri Ann and Kristy; her several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins; and her granddoggie, Leo. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014, at 10:30 a.m., at Colonial Memorial Park, 3039 South Broad Street, Hamilton, NJ 08610. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Alice's memory to Shriners Hospital for Children, 3551 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19140-4131. Arrangements are under the direction of the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
