TRENTON - Barbara D. (Strancik) Carlini, 89, of Trenton, entered into God's loving care on Friday, March 28, 2014 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Kelayres, Pa., she had resided in Trenton since 1941. Mrs. Carlini was formerly employed as a housekeeper and cook at Immaculate Conception Church and was an active member of Immaculate Conception School PTA. Mrs. Carlini was also a homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family; she enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, Philadelphia Park, and vacations in the Poconos.
Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Mary (Chalar) Strancik, her loving husband of 62 years, Philip Carlini Sr. and her granddaughter, Elizabeth Sanna, she is survived by her children, Barbara Sanna and husband Robert, Carol Ann Hendricks, Thomas Carlini and Philip Carlini Jr.; also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels-Immaculate Conception Church, 540 Chestnut Avenue, Trenton, NJ 08611. Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
