Dolores A. Miller

ALLENTOWN - Dolores A. Miller, 79, of Allentown, N.J., passed away peacefully at home on Sunday with her loving family by her side.
Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident, and had resided in Allentown for the past 51 years. She was a graduate of Trenton High School, where she was a cheerleader, and a graduate of Helene Fuld School of Nursing. She had also studied at the Central Jersey Bible Institute. She worked as a registered nurse at Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton, and taught at the Burlington County Christian School. Dolores was an active member and a Sunday school teacher at the Shadyrest Bible Church. She was very active in ministry at both rescue missions and nursing homes.
Daughter of the late Paul and Angeline Brizzi Sollami, she is survived by her husband of 56 years, Wilbur G. Miller; two daughters and sons-in-law, Angela and Jerry McCarty, Carolyn and John Stanton; a brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Roseann Sollami of Ewing Township; six grandchildren, Jerry McCarty II, Deanna Dunn, Cara Murtaugh, Brielle McCarty, Yuri and Lila Stanton; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, Oct. 2, from 6 until 8 p.m., at the Shadyrest Bible Church, 187 Chesterfield Crosswicks Road, Chesterfield, NJ 08515, and again on Wednesday from 10 until 10:30 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 10:30 a.m. at the Shadyrest Bible Church with burial to follow in Crosswicks Cemetery in Crosswicks. Arrangements are by the Buklad Memorial Home.
