Florence "Dolly" (Giglio) Eckman

HAMILTON - Florence "Dolly" Giglio Eckman, 80, of Hamilton Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, Sept. 28, 2012, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton, Hamilton Township. Born in Trenton, she was a lifetime Trenton area resident. Florence retired in 1998 after 25 years with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles, Trenton, and was an avid New York Yankees fan.Daughter of the late Leonard and Nancy Russo Giglio, beloved wife of the late Donald A. Eckman, Jr., she is survived by her sister, Lorraine Giglio of Hamilton Township; her aunt, Faye Pulasti of Yardley, Pa.; two special cousins, Rosemary Ragazzo and her husband
Anthony, and Eileen Russo; her close friend, Anthony Sebasto; and many other cousins and friends. The funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, from the Brenna Funeral Home, 340 Hamilton Ave., Trenton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Angels Parish/Immaculate Conception Church, 540 Chestnut Ave., Trenton. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton. Calling hours for family and friends will be on Thursday, Oct. 4, from 9: to 10:30 a.m. at the Brenna Funeral Home.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Our Lady of the Angels Parish, 21-23 Bayard St., Trenton, NJ 08611.
