ROBBINSVILLE - Judith A. Lockett, 77, of Robbinsville, died on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at her residence.
Born in Trenton, Judy lived most of her life and raised her family in West Windsor and later moved to Robbinsville in 1999. Judy was employed for many years as a payroll representative for McGraw-Hill Inc. in East Windsor.
Judy was a wonderful Mom, who loved her home on South Lane. She was always happiest in her kitchen, entertaining family or friends, doing crossword puzzles, or playing Kismet or Scrabble with her Mom. She enjoyed her summer vacations down the shore (Seaside), walking the boardwalk and playing Fascination. Judy loved to have fun; she was caring, sweet, delicate and very much adored by her family.
Daughter of the late William Sr. and Elizabeth (Haas) Lockett, she was predeceased by her sister, Marion Lockett and her son Jon Pawliski, she is survived by her sons, Tom Pawliski and his wife Karen of Robbinsville and Gary Pawliski of Sarasota, Fla.; her daughters, Jill Kline of Robbinsville and Tammy Myrick of Hightstown. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Lauren, Carly, Eric, Arielle, Katlyn and Christopher; three great- grandchildren, Brandon, Jordyn and Harper; a brother, Jim and his wife Betty Jean of Liberty, S.C.; a special Aunt Katherine of Winter Park, Fla., and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
As per Judy's request, cremation will be private and there will be no memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 120 Wall Street, 19th Floor, New York, NY 10005-4001 in adoration of her granddaughter, Katlyn.
