EWING - Mary A. Ellis, 73, of Ewing, died Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at home.
Born in Bordentown, Mrs. Ellis was a lifelong area resident. She was educated in the Bordentown public school system. She was employed by Capital Health Regional Medical Center, Mercer campus, for 49 years as a pediatric nurse's aide and was also a patient escort until her retirement.
Predeceased by her mother, Elsie Wright and her father, Harvey Bull, surviving are her former husband, Joseph Ellis, a daughter, Sharon D. Ellis of Willingboro, two grandchildren, Keona M. Ellis of Norfolk, Va. and Sharon N. Ellis of Willingboro, a great-grandson, Kiyon M. Ellis-Bradley, a brother, Freddie Bull of Trenton, two sisters, Shirley McCoy of Ohio and Tracey Bull, two nephews, John and Kisell and a special friend, Leonard Pomp Taylor and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday (Feb. 27) at Campbell Funeral Chapel, 1225 Calhoun St., Trenton.
Calling hours will be from noon to 1 p.m. at the chapel.
