Mary C. Conover

Mary C. Conover ROBBINSVILLE -Mary C. Conover, 90, of Robbinsville passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Francis in Trenton. Born in Edinburg, NJ she attended Princeton High School. Mary retired after 23 years of helping the elderly and she worked for 18 years of that with the Mercer County Office on Aging. Mary is a former member of St. Raphael-Holy Angel Parish. Mary selflessly helped the elderly by going above and beyond her duties as a caseworker for Mercer County, driving clients to the store, grocery shopping for them, and even letting them stay at her home when they had nowhere to go. She enjoyed going to Cape May with her daughter, Carol Ann. She also loved animals and had compassion and love for everyone around her, always putting others before herself. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved her dog, Sebastian. Mary was a loving, beautiful, and caring Mother and Grandmother. She will be sadly missed by her family who loved her dearly, and who will also miss the amazing stories she told them about so many things that happened over the span of her lifetime. Predeceased by her parents, John and Mary (Pfeiffer) Kubala; and her husband, Ernest Franklin Conover; her two brothers, Francis and Richard Kubala; and her beautiful granddaughter, Karen Corcoran; she is survived by her two daughters and a son-in-law, Carol Ann Conover with whom she resided, and Kathleen and Anthony Benedetti, who she considered a son; her two sons and daughters-in-law, Bernard and Diane Martin and Keith and Joann Conover; her eight grandchildren; her seventeen great-grandchildren; her three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., at Princeton Memorial Park in Robbinsville, NJ. Family and friends may call on Friday, March 14, 2014, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ.
