Naomi W. Merritt, age 77, passed away Dec. 19, 2012, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Born in Robbinsville, she lived there for 45 years. She was a graduate of Hightstown High School and Scotts College of Cosmetology in Newark. She was employed by Teledyne Turner Tube, and retired from Meadow Lakes. She was a member of Robbinsville First Baptist Church where she was a Junior Choir Leader and Sunday School Teacher.
Daughter of the late Notley and Mildred Warner, she is survived by two daughters, Natalie Reid and Nanette Boatwright, a brother, Albert C. Werner (Brenda), a sister, Dolores Warner, grandchildren, Bernadette, Bridget and Brandy, great-grandchild, Meena, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday (Dec. 27) at Robbinsville First Baptist Church, 22 Main St., Robbinsville. Calling hours will be from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church. Interment Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville. Arrangements are by the Hughes Funeral Home, Trenton.
